In my late thirties, I used a VA loan to purchase a six-bedroom farmhouse house on two acres with a creek running through the back garden.

I still have my ups and downs, but now I have a home of my own. My parents retired and moved in with me, to help me renovate and provide a social support. Together we have two dogs and one cat.

I have the opportunity to go back to school with no debt, and I’m trying to figure out what to go to school for.
